We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card or regular account payments all through PayPal.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.  If you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or  shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customs duties are normally collected when you pick up. Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country. These charges must be paid separately by the customer.

We use priority International Priority Shipping(Japanese Postal service-EMS) for shipping.Includes international tracking.

We only dispatch parcels to countries within the European Union (EU) and USA through our web shop. If you live outside EU and USA, please contact us.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.

The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process.

The faulty or damaged item must be returned to us for inspection. We will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return or exchange items without any our faulty or damage during shipping.

The price of the returned items will be refunded on your bank account, your credit card or Paypal account, depending on method of payment.

The reimbursement will take place as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.
