We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
We use priority EMS for shipping. We only dispatch parcels to countries within the European Union (EU) and USA through our web shop. If you live outside EU and USA, please contact us by email to email@example.com.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days.
LIABILITY FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.
The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to us for inspection. We will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return or exchange items without any our faulty or damage during shipping. Please be sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
The price of the returned items will be refunded on your bank account, your credit card or Paypal account, depending on method of payment.
The reimbursement will take place as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.
We will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties. We only demands the customers information essential to ordering of and billing for our products. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are required to confirm the orders and contacting the customer in case of possible problem situations. Other information will be used for future product development.
